    Great post! Sometimes its the little things that people lose sight of that make the biggest difference in your relationship with employees and customers. We have a welcome email as part of our “Client Welcome Kit” and we also create a “Sales Track” that reminds us to touch the customer throughout the years and make sure we never lose sight of the little things.?

    I think welcome emails are sometimes annoying, but I can see where they have these benefits since I usually open them anyway. Sometimes they include important information.
