Great point,

Having an engaged social media presence is an amazing way for any business to connect with their consumer base and feel out their points of pain. Social media also acts as a great way to feel out the market and how they envision your brand. With that knowledge you can adjust your marketing message and capitalize on the consumers opinions and needs. Thanks for the posts.

I agree with Kelly. Everyone wants positive feedback, but sometimes the negative feedback may point out an area of weakness that we weren't even aware of. If you can correct that weakness, you will likely not only win the customer who gave that feedback, but new customers as well.

It is very true that every company needs feedback to run its business. A positive feedback is one thing that every business needs but even a negative feedback is better than no feedback. This will help you improve your services as well as re-structure your marketing strategies. One important thing is your customer services as it affects the purchasing behavior of the consumers. A strong and friendly customer support will hike up your sales. So to establish your online presence you need to have strong customer relationship so that your consumers can feel positive and brand your business in their community.
