Choose to identify whichever social media channels you feel will be most effective and don’t be afraid to name them specifically.

Never forget the concept of WIIFM (What’s In It For Me). Part of truly understanding your target audience means that you are able to identify their problems and solve them. You need to have your audience in mind when you start to build your web presence. As you are building the content, if you have an understanding of the audience, you will know what to offer them. You will also be more knowledgeable about offering products and/or services that are of great interest to them and that they will be inclined to buy.
Always be as accessible as possible
Being accessible online means a lot of things. First of all, you need to have a simple and straightforward navigation system that doesn’t present any obstacles to the user. The last thing that you need is to put obstacles in the way of your visitors doing what you want them to do for you. You also want people to be able to find you online very easily. People want to engage with you. You just need to make it as easy as possible for them.
