I agree that Linkedin is an extremely useful tool for Sales & Marketing and business overall. Kudos to the Linkedin staff who recently sent out an extensive email survey to certain members in an effort to continue to meet the targeted needs of users.

It’s always good to point out the value of LinkedIn. Most of us are fairly successful with looking up contacts (potential and old) and with finding discussions and information.

The one point I would add is that many of us are lax in keeping our own profiles current, appropriate, and spiffy. I’m guilty myself of not having updated my profile in a long time so, thanks to you, I just moved it to the top of my priority list :-)
